AMOS

The Book of Amos with nine chapters

Amos was a shepherd before receiving prophecy that stirred the people of his fearless words.

Behold, days are coming –
the word of the Lord Hashem/Elohim –
when I will send hunger into the land; not a hunger for bread nor a thirst for water;
but to hear the words of Hashem.
8:11

Hashem Is His Name

Amos Ends On A Good High Note For The Observant Jews (G-d’s Chosen People)

Be advised that G-d alone has been, is, and will be in control in all the affairs of the world.

Whether you like it or not, believe it or not, only the G-d of Israel is G-d. No G-d the Son, Neither Trinity, Triune nor 3-in-1 G-d.

Read plainly or listen for yourself, without it being corrupted by fellowmen who teach idol worship.

“Bountiful Future”

If they dig down into the grave, from there My hand will take them; and if they ascend to the heavens, from there I will bring them down.
9:2
… and I will fix My eye upon them for evil and not for good.
:4
The Lord Hashem/Elohim, the Master of Legions, He touches the land and it melts and all its inhabitants are destroyed, and [water] rises like the River over it and it becomes submerged, as [under] the River of Egypt.
:5
Who built His strata in the Heavens and founded His group upon the earth; Who calls to the waters of the sea and pours them out upon the face of the earth — Hashem is His Name.
:6
Behold, the eyes of the Lord Hashem/Elohim are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from upon the face of the earth; but I will not totally destroy the house of Jacob — the word of Hashem.
:8
For behold, I decree that I will shake out the House of Israel among the nations, as [grain] is shaken in a sieve, and not a pebble falls to the ground.
:9
They will perish by the sword, all the sinners of My people, those who say, ‘Not because of us will the evil approach any sooner.’
:10
On that day I will raise up the fallen booth of David, I will repair their breaches and raise up its ruins, and I will build it up as in days of old,
:11
Behold, days are coming — the word of Hashem — when the plowman will meet the reaper, and the treader of grapes [will meet] the one who carries the seed; the mountains will drip juice and all the hills will melt.
:13
I will return the captivity of My people Israel, and they will rebuild desolate cities and settle them; they will plant vineyards and drink their wine; they will cultivate garden and eat their fruits.
:14
I will plant them upon their land and they will never again be uprooted from their land that I have given them, said Hashem, your God.
:15

1 I saw the Lord standing beside the altar, and He said: Strike the lintel, and the sideposts shall quake, and break to pieces those who are at the head of all of them, and their remnant I will slay by the sword; no one of them shall flee, and no one of them shall escape.
2 If they dig down into the grave, from there My hand shall take them, and if they ascend to the heavens, from there I will bring them down.
3 And if they hide at the peak of Carmel, from there I will search [them out] and I will take them, and if they hide from before My eyes in the land of the sea, from there I will command the serpent, and it shall bite them.
4 And if they go into captivity before their enemies, from there I will command the sword and it shall slay them, and I will place My eye upon them for evil and not for good.
5 And the Lord God of the Hosts, Who touches the land and it quakes, and all the inhabitants thereof shall be destroyed, and it shall ascend wholly like the river, and it shall sink like the river of Egypt.
6 Who built His upper stories in Heaven and has founded His company on earth; Who calls the water of the sea and pours it out on the face of the earth, the Lord is His Name.
7 Are you not like the children of the Cushites to Me, O children of Israel? says the Lord. Did I not bring Israel up from the land of Egypt, and the Philistines from Caphtor and Aram from Kir?
8 Behold the eyes of the Lord God are on the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from upon the face of the earth; but I will not destroy the house of Jacob, says the Lord.
9 For, behold I command, and I will scatter the house of Israel among all the nations; as it is shaken in a sieve, and not a coarse particle falls to the earth.
10 By the sword shall all the sinful of My people perish, those who say, “The evil shall not soon come upon us. “
11 On that day, I will raise up the fallen Tabernacle of David, and I will close up their breaches, and I will raise up its ruins, and build it up as in the days of yore.
12 In order that they inherit the remnant of Edom and all the nations because My Name is called upon them, says the Lord Who does this.
13 Behold days are coming, says the Lord, that the plowman shall meet the reaper and the treader of the grapes the one who carries the seed, and the mountains shall drip sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.
14 And I will return the captivity of My people Israel, and they shall rebuild desolate cities and inhabit [them], and they shall plant vineyards and drink their wine, and they shall make gardens and eat their produce.
15 And I will plant them on their land, and they shall no longer be uprooted from upon their land, that I have given them, said the Lord your God.
