Chapter 111

Psalms on G-d’s Eternal Truth—Unchangeable

G-d’s Covenant is for Eternity

As G-d’s purpose to man is revealed as He provides for his needs.

Truth, justice and faithfulness are of G-d.

Accessible to all who want them.

To those who ignore or disregard, worst mock, may G-d be merciful to you all.

“To Perform G-d’s Will”

Great are the deeds of Hashem, accessible to all who want them.
111:2
He provided food for those who fear Him, He eternally remembers His covenant.
:5
His handiwork is truth and justice, faithful are all his orders.
:7
They are steadfast forever, for eternity, accomplished in truth and fairness.
:8
He sent redemption to His people, He commanded His covenant for eternity; holy and awesome is His Name.
:9
The beginning of wisdom is the fear of Hashem, good understanding to all their practitioners. His praise endures forever.
:10

1 Hallelujah, I shall thank the Lord with all my heart with the counsel of the upright and [in] the congregation.
2 Great are the works of the Lord, available to all who desire them.
3 Majesty and splendor are His work, and His righteousness endures forever.
4 He made a memorial for His wonders; the Lord is gracious and merciful.
5 He gave food to those who fear Him; He remembers His covenant forever.
6 The strength of His works He related to His people, to give them the inheritance of the nations.
7 The works of His hands are truth and justice; all His commandments are faithful.
8 Steadfast forever, made in truth and uprightness.
9 He sent redemption to His people; He commanded His covenant forever; His name is holy and awesome.
10 The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord; good understanding to all who perform them; his praise endures forever.

Fulfill G-d's Will.

Bible reading in the form of Scripture in pictures can have a profound impact on those who may have never read a chapter in the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament). Viewing pivotal verses in a visual context can deepen one’s understanding of the text and provide a unique perspective. The images may help to illustrate important themes and messages that may not have been as easily grasped through standard reading. Additionally, this method can be particularly beneficial for those who struggle with traditional reading methods or for those who are more visually inclined. The power of visual storytelling has been utilized for centuries, and when paired with the timeless words of Scripture, it has the potential to bring new life and meaning to the ancient text. Ultimately, whatever method one chooses to engage with the Bible, the most important thing is to seek a deeper understanding of God’s word, and to apply it to our lives in a meaningful way.
