Psalms Recollection Of What A Righteous Person Is

Not arrogant. But, is content and settles with what G-d has provided, in situations or provisions.

You can be arrogant without acting upon it, but limited within your silence. Regardless, it remains you being arrogant in any way, shape or form.

“Righteous Person Is Never Arogant”

… Hashem, my heart was not proud, and my eyes were not haughty, nor did I pursue matters too great and too wondrous for me.
131:1
Let Israel hope to Hashem, from this time and forever.
131:3

1 A song of ascent by David. O Lord, my heart was not haughty, nor were my eyes raised on high, and I did not pursue matters greater and more wondrous than I.
2 I swear that I calmed and quieted my soul like a suckling on its mother; like a suckling was my soul with me.
3 Israel, hope to the Lord from now to eternity.
