Psalms On Giving Back The Glory To G-d Who Provides For All

Highly favored are all those who call upon Him in sincerity.

Gracious and merciful is Hashem. Slow to anger and abundant in kindness.

“G-d’s Provision To All Living Creatures”

A psalm of praise by David: I will exalt You, my God the King, and I will bless Your Name forever and ever.
145:1
Every day I will bless You, and I will laud Your Name forever and ever.
145:2
Hashem is great and exceedingly lauded, and His greatness is beyond investigation.
145:3
the splendrous glory of Your power and Your wondrous deeds I shall discuss.
:5
… and Your greatness I shall relate.
:6
Gracious and merciful is Hashem, slow to anger, and great in [bestowing] kindness.
:8
Hashem is good to all; His mercies are on all His works.
:9
All Your works shall thank You, Hashem, and Your devout ones will bless You.
:10
Your kingdom is a kingdom spanning all eternities, and Your dominion is throughout every generation.
:13
Hashem supports all the fallen ones and straightens all the bent.
:14
The eyes of all look to You with hope and You give them their food in its proper time;
:15
You open Your hand, and satisfy the desire of every living thing.
:16
Righteous is Hashem in all His ways and magnanimous in all His deeds.
:17
Hashem is close to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him sincerely.
:18
The will of those who fear Him He will do; and their cry He will hear, and He will save them.
:19
Hashem protects all who love Him; but all the wicked He will destroy.
:20
May my mouth declare the praise of Hashem, and may all flesh bless His Holy Name forever and ever.

1 A praise of David. I shall exalt You, my God the King, and I shall bless Your name forever and ever.
2 Every day I shall bless You, and I shall praise Your name forever and ever.
3 The Lord is great and very much praised, and His greatness cannot be searched.
4 Generation to generation will praise Your works, and they will recite Your mighty deeds.
5 Of the majesty of the glory of Your splendor and the words of Your wonders I shall speak.
6 And the strength of Your awesome deeds they will tell, and Your greatness I shall sing.
7 Of the remembrance of Your abundant goodness they will speak, and of Your righteousness they will sing.
8 The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and of great kindness.
9 The Lord is good to all, and His mercies are on all His works.
10 All Your works will thank You, O Lord, and Your pious ones will bless You.
11 They will tell the glory of Your kingdom, and they will speak of Your might.
12 To make known to the children of men His mighty deeds and the glory of the majesty of His kingdom.
13 Your kingdom is a kingdom of all times, and Your ruling is in every generation.
14 The Lord supports all those who fall and straightens all who are bent down.
15 Everyone’s eyes look to You with hope, and You give them their food in its time.
16 You open Your hand and satisfy every living thing [with] its desire.
17 The Lord is righteous in all His ways and kind in all His deeds.
18 The Lord is near to all who call Him, to all who call Him with sincerity.
19 He does the will of those who fear Him, and He hears their cry and saves them.
20 The Lord guards all who love Him, and He destroys all the wicked.
21 My mouth will speak the praise of the Lord, and all flesh will bless His holy name forever and ever.

The book of Tehillim (Psalms) with 150 prayers and hymns were composed by various authors, mainly King David, in ancient Israel. It has become one of the most cherished books in the Jewish bible. For generations, the Tehillim has been a source of inspiration and comfort to many.The Book of Joshua, in the Hebrew-Jewish Bible, narrates the entry of the Children of Israel into the Promised Land of Canaan and their conquest and partition of the land under the leadership of Joshua, as Moses’ successor. It details the Israelites’ miraculous crossing of the Jordan River, the fall of Jericho, the battles of Ai and Gibeon, and the division of the land among the twelve tribes. Joshua resonates with Moses, in which he exhorts the Israelites to remain faithful to G-d and His commandments.
