Psalms Chapter 27 a Reminder That G-d is Accessible Since the Beginning. He Need Not to become a Man to Die and Live Again to be one.

Psalms On Being A True Servant Of G-d

A life fully dedicated to Hashem, is a life that clings to Hashem alone and hopeful that He will sustain you with strength, courage and hope amidst life’s difficulties.

“Seeking G-d’s Presence Constantly”

By David, Hashem is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? Hashem is my life’s strength, whom shall I dread?
27:1
One thing I asked of Hashem, that shall I seek: Would that I dwell in the House of Hashem all the days of my life, to behold the sweetness of Hashem and to contemplate in His Sanctuary.

Indeed, He will hide me in His Shelter on the day of evil; He will conceal me in the concealment of His Tent; He will lift me upon a rock.

Hashem, hear my voice when I call, be gracious toward me and answer me.
:7
In Your behalf, my heart has said, “Seek My Presence.” Your Presence, Hashem, do I seek.

Teach me Your way, Hashem; and lead me on the path of integrity, because of my watchful foes.
:11
Had I not trusted that I would see the goodness of Hashem in the land of life!

Hope to Hashem; strengthen yourself and He will give you courage, and hope to Hashem.

1 Of David. The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; from whom shall I be frightened?
2 When evildoers draw near to me to devour my flesh, my adversaries and my enemies against me-they stumbled and fell.
3 If a camp encamps against me, my heart shall not fear; if a war should rise up against me, in this I trust.
4 One [thing] I ask of the Lord, that I seek-that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to see the pleasantness of the Lord and to visit His Temple every morning.
5 That He will hide me in His tabernacle on the day of calamity; He will conceal me in the secrecy of His tent; He will lift me up on a rock.
6 And now, my head will be raised over my enemies around me, and I will sacrifice in His tent sacrifices with joyous song; I will sing and chant praise to the Lord.
7 Hearken, O Lord, to my voice [which] I call out, and be gracious to me and answer me.
8 On Your behalf, my heart says, “Seek My presence.” Your presence, O Lord, I will seek.
9 Do not hide Your presence from me; do not turn Your servant away with anger. You were my help; do not forsake me and do not abandon me, O God of my salvation.
10 For my father and my mother have forsaken me, but the Lord gathers me in.
11 Instruct me, O Lord, in Your way, and lead me in the straight path because of those who lie in wait for me.
12 Do not deliver me to the desires of my adversaries, for false witnesses and speakers of evil have risen against me.
13 Had I not believed in seeing the good of the Lord in the land of the living!
14 Hope for the Lord, be strong and He will give your heart courage, and hope for the Lord.

The book of Tehillim (Psalms) with 150 prayers and hymns were composed by various authors, mainly King David, in ancient Israel. It has become one of the most cherished books in the Jewish bible. For generations, the Tehillim has been a source of inspiration and comfort to many.The Book of Joshua, in the Hebrew-Jewish Bible, narrates the entry of the Children of Israel into the Promised Land of Canaan and their conquest and partition of the land under the leadership of Joshua, as Moses’ successor. It details the Israelites’ miraculous crossing of the Jordan River, the fall of Jericho, the battles of Ai and Gibeon, and the division of the land among the twelve tribes. Joshua resonates with Moses, in which he exhorts the Israelites to remain faithful to G-d and His commandments.

The Book of Mishlei (Proverbs) in the Hebrew Bible. The book begins with a call to seek wisdom and understanding, and it describes the benefits that come from doing so, such as knowledge and discernment.Judges chronicles the history of the Israelites during the period between the conquest of the Land of Israel and the establishment of the monarchy.
