Who knows if you will live until tomorrow? Or tomorrow might be too late.

“Prayer During Suffering”

Hashem, do not rebuke me in Your anger, nor chastise me in Your wrath.
6:2
Favor me, Hashem, for I am feeble; heal me, Hashem, for my bones shudder with terror.

Desist Hashem, release my soul; save me as befits Your kindness.

For in death there is no mention of You; in the grave who will praise You?

Depart from me, all evildoers, for Hashem has heard the sound of my weeping.

Hashem has heard my plea, Hashem will accept my prayer.

Let all my foes be shamed and utterly confounded, they will regret and be shamed in all instant.

2 O Lord, do not rebuke me in Your anger, and do not chastise me in Your wrath.
3 Be gracious to me, O Lord, because I languish; heal me, O Lord, because my bones are frightened.
4 And my soul is very frightened, and You, O Lord, how long?
5 Return, O Lord, rescue my soul; save me for the sake of Your loving- kindness.
6 For there is no memory of You in death; in the grave, who will thank You?
7 I am weary from my sighing; every night I sully my bed; I wet my couch with my tears.
8 My eye is dimmed from anger; it has aged because of all my adversaries.
9 Turn away from me, all you workers of iniquity, for the Lord has hearkened to the voice of my weeping.
10 The Lord has hearkened to my supplication; the Lord has accepted my prayer.
11 All my enemies shall be ashamed and very frightened; they shall return and be ashamed in a moment.

The book of Tehillim (Psalms) with 150 prayers and hymns were composed by various authors, mainly King David, in ancient Israel. It has become one of the most cherished books in the Jewish bible. For generations, the Tehillim has been a source of inspiration and comfort to many.The Book of Joshua, in the Hebrew-Jewish Bible, narrates the entry of the Children of Israel into the Promised Land of Canaan and their conquest and partition of the land under the leadership of Joshua, as Moses’ successor. It details the Israelites’ miraculous crossing of the Jordan River, the fall of Jericho, the battles of Ai and Gibeon, and the division of the land among the twelve tribes. Joshua resonates with Moses, in which he exhorts the Israelites to remain faithful to G-d and His commandments.

The Book of Mishlei (Proverbs) in the Hebrew Bible. The book begins with a call to seek wisdom and understanding, and it describes the benefits that come from doing so, such as knowledge and discernment.Judges chronicles the history of the Israelites during the period between the conquest of the Land of Israel and the establishment of the monarchy.
