THE PROPHETS
ZECHARIAH
ZECHARIAH
Do not think in your heart of wronging others.
Chapter 13
Zechariah At The End Of Days
If you are very confident of your beliefs and practices, think again.
False prophets have its place in the end.
Know by yourself what G-d Himself said through His servants the prophets.
Your church founder, leader or preacher cannot by any means save you in the end.
Read or listen to learn and know how to live your life fulfilling and accomplishing G-d’s commandments. Not believing in someone that is made up by the Romans during their reign.
“Removal Of Impurity”
“Idol Worship”
“False Prophet”
On that day there will be a spring opened up for the house of David and for the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for cleansing and for purification.
13:1
It will happen on that day — the word of Hashem, Master of Legions — that I will eliminate the names of idols from the land, and they will not be mentioned again; I will also remove the [false] prophets and the spirit of impurity from the land.
13:2
It will happen when a man will prophesy [falsely] in the future, that his father and his mother, those who bore him, will say to him, ‘You should not live, for you have spoken falsehood in the name of Hashem!’ His father and mother, those who bore him, will stab him when he prophesies.
13:3
It will happen on that day, the prophets will be ashamed, each one of his vision when he prophesies it, and they will no longer wear the fur cloak in order to declare their lies.
:4
Rather, he will say, ‘I am not a prophet! I am a worker of the land, for a person took me as a herdsman since my youth.
:5
And [if] someone will say to him, ‘What are these scars between your arms?’ He will say, ‘It is from when I was beaten in the house of those who loved me.’
:6
There will be in all the land — the word of Hashem — two portions [of the population] will be cut off and perish, and the third will be left in it.
:8
I will bring that third into fire and purify it as one purifies silver, and I will refine it as one refines gold; it will call out in My Name, and I will answer it. I have said, ‘It is My people,’ and it will say, ‘Hashem is my God.’
:9
1 On that day, a spring shall be opened for the house of David and for the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for purification and for sprinkling.
2 And it shall come to pass on that day, says the Lord of Hosts: I will cut off the names of the idols from the earth, and they shall no longer be mentioned. And also the prophets and the spirit of contamination I will remove from the earth.
3 And it shall come to pass, if a man still prophesies, that his father and his mother-his parents-shall say to him, “You shall not live, for you have spoken falsely in the name of the Lord.” And his father and his mother-his parents-shall thrust him through because of his prophesying.
4 And it shall come to pass on that day that the prophets shall be ashamed, each one of his vision when he prophesies; and they will not wear a hairy mantle in order to lie.
5 And he shall say, “I am not a prophet! I am a tiller of the soil, for a man entrusted me with his cattle from my youth.”
6 And one will say to him, “What are these wounds between your hands?” And he shall say, “That I was smitten in the house of my friends.”
7 O sword, awaken against My shepherd and against the man who is associated with Me! says the Lord of Hosts. Smite the shepherd, and the flock shall scatter, and I will return My hand upon the little ones.
8 And it shall come to pass throughout all the land, says the Lord, two parts of it shall be cut off. They shall perish, and the third shall remain therein.
9 And I will bring the third in fire; and I will refine them as one refines silver, and I will test them as one tests gold. He shall call in My name, and I will respond to him. I said, “He is My people”; and he shall say, “The Lord is my God.”
Hashem as One.
